Questions
Does team usage mix with my personal plan?
No. Personal Starter, Plus, and Professional usage stays on your account. Team projects use the shared team usage.
When does a seat count?
Seats occupy when someone accepts an invite, not when you send it. Leaving a team keeps projects on the org library.
Can I subscribe in the iOS app?
Team plans are set up and billed on the web. The app switches workspaces and generates against the shared library.
Can we use projects on the MLS and listing sites?
Yes. From Export, copy an MLS link for an unbranded watch page most MLS boards accept, or a standard watch link for Zillow, email, and social. Team plans also include branded live pages at your-project.immersivi.app. Need a file upload? Download the finished project video as MP4.
What if our team doesn’t fit a standard package?
Tell us on the call. We can provision a custom package with a different number of seats or more monthly usage.
